Shaper - Surfboard Designer

We are in need of a skilled Shaper with a passion for designing and creating high-quality surfboards. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and sculpting surfboard foam into the desired shape, using hand tools and machinery. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to interpret design ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing surfboards. The ideal candidate will have experience in surfboard shaping, knowledge of different types of foam and materials, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must also be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time while working. This is a full-time position located in Malindi, offering a salary of 1100$ per month. Applicants from the Philippines and other foreign countries are welcome to apply. English language skills are not required but highly preferred. Part-time positions may also be available for those looking for flexible hours. Experience is not necessary as on-the-job training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those without previous experience in shaping.
