Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
Our company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with processing invoices and expense reports
- Maintain accurate records and confidential information
- Monitor office equipment and schedule repairs or maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
