Entry Level Baker


We are a local bakery in Nizwa looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Entry Level Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to start their career in the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare doughs for various baked goods
- Shape, cut, and roll dough according to recipes
- Bake products in ovens and monitor their time and temperature
- Decorate cakes, pastries, and other desserts
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or related field is preferred but not required
- Passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred) or English
