Job Title: Baker - Contract Position in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Nizwa, Oman on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes. Your role will involve measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring oven temperatures to ensure perfect baking results. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Baker and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead, roll out, shape, and proof dough
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing and other toppings
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is required
- Must have knowledge of different types of breads and pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity for decorating baked goods
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50lbs
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
