As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This full-time position offers a salary of 1700$ and is suitable for men without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and product knowledge

Requirements:
