Part-Time Baker (Indian Nationality) in Sharjah

We are a bakery in Sharjah seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Baker of Indian nationality to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times while handling equipment and ingredients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably with experience in Indian baking techniques
- Knowledge of various types of doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time while performing repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
