Merchandiser for Retail Company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


Our retail company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking a reliable and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our store displays are visually appealing and product inventory is efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$, with accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves accordingly
- Collaborate with the buying team to select products for display
- Maintain accurate records of product inventory and sales data
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Conduct regular store audits to check for any discrepancies or issues
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding product placement and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
- Must be willing to relocate to Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
