Rental Coordinator

A rental coordinator at our Split-based company is responsible for coordinating the rental process for our customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, making reservations, managing rental contracts, and ensuring timely delivery and return of rental items. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have previous experience in customer service or rentals. This job is suitable for Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid work visa. Accommodation is not provided, but the company will cover the cost of the visa and flight ticket. This position is open to both men and women.

As a rental coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on available rental items
- Making reservations for customers based on their needs and preferences
- Creating and managing rental contracts, including collecting necessary information and fees
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely delivery and return of rental items
- Maintaining accurate records of all rentals and communicating any changes or issues to customers
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the rental process

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail to accurately manage contracts and records
- Previous experience in customer service or rentals preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

This full-time position offers a salary of $1700 per month. The work schedule may vary based on demand, but typically includes weekends. As an Egyptian national working in Split, you will also have the opportunity to experience the beautiful city during your time off.
