Experienced Handyman for Residential Properties in Moscow

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Moscow. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for our residential properties. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. Indian nationals and students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, painting walls, and fixing appliances.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify any potential issues or repairs needed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance tasks performed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on properties.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants professionally.
- Must have basic tools and equipment for the job.
