Mason Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Mason Contractor to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work, including brick and stone laying, cement finishing, and general construction. The main responsibilities of this role will include overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines. This is a contract position with the possibility of long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of masonry projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for the best solutions
- Lead a team of masons and laborers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on existing structures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Mason Contractor
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials on a regular basis
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1000 per week. Compensation may increase based on experience and performance.

Location:
This job is located in Akron, OH. Applicants must be willing to relocate or commute to this area.
