We are seeking a highly motivated Moderator to join our growing online community management team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring user activity and ensuring that all community guidelines and rules are being followed. Your main goal will be to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere within the community while also addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Engage with users by creating interesting and relevant content
- Encourage positive interactions among community members
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for improving the overall community experience

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience moderating online communities is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (open to Indians)
