Administrative Assistant in Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are in search of an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office by handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and letters
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Order office supplies when needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
