Administrative Assistant
We are a dynamic and growing company in Sofia, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with project management tasks including tracking progress and deadlines
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
