Office Administrator - Sofia, Bulgaria
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Sofia. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory levels
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
