Senior Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As a Senior Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex computer systems and developing solutions to improve their efficiency and functionality. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for our development team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems, identify areas for improvement and design solutions to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business needs.
- Develop technical specifications and design documents for new system enhancements or modifications.
- Coordinate with the development team to implement the proposed solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of the developed systems to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
- Train end-users on new system functionalities and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development, database management, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk (open to all nationalities)
