Experienced Barista in Malindi


We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Malindi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in creating new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art skills is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
