We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Mauren. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand and address clients' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and assist with purchase decisions
- Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise from clients
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient in using various online communication platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with clients' needs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Mauren, however we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the necessary qualifications.
