Job Title: Puncher - Construction Industry


We are a leading construction company based in Nairobi, seeking an experienced Puncher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all construction projects meet quality standards by inspecting, correcting and documenting any deficiencies in the building structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular punch inspections on construction projects to identify any deficiencies
- Work closely with contractors to address and correct any identified issues
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and company guidelines
- Create detailed punch reports to document deficiencies and corrective actions taken
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize and schedule punch work
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of punch work

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Puncher in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
