Information Security Analyst


Our growing company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. You will work closely with our IT department to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting security audits, implementing security protocols, and responding to security incidents. Additionally, knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001 is required. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
- Respond promptly to security incidents and provide recommendations for resolution
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations related to information security
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure appropriate security measures are in place
- Train employees on proper protocols for handling sensitive information
- Conduct risk assessments across all systems and recommend necessary improvements
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of industry standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
- Experience with conducting security audits and risk assessments
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH

Experience in incident response and forensic analysis
- Knowledge of cloud security and experience with cloud-based systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary: 1800$ per month
City: Vilnius, Lithuania
