We are currently hiring a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering projects. Your primary goal will be to accurately convert sketches and specifications into digital blueprints using specialized software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications
- Create accurate technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Revise and update drawings according to feedback from engineers and architects
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain an organized database of technical drawings for future reference
- Communicate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Attend site visits as needed to gather information for drawings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman or similar role in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles, standards, and symbols
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to interpret complex sketches, specifications, and blueprints into accurate digital representations
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
