Entry-Level Concrete Worker in Dickirch, Luxembourg

Our construction company in Dickirch is seeking an entry-level Concrete Worker to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of construction. As a Concrete Worker, you will assist our experienced team in pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete for various projects. This is a physically demanding position that requires you to work outdoors in all weather conditions. No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and setting up job sites for concrete pouring
- Pour and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment
- Smooth and level wet concrete using trowels or other tools
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers and drills to break up old concrete or pavement
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used on the job site
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of construction principles is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
