We are a leading industrial alpinism company based in Akron and we are currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Industrial Alpinist to join our team. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at elevated heights using specialized equipment and techniques.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to adapt to different environments and tasks quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid work visa (sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Akron (assistance available for finding suitable options)

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access work at elevated heights on various structures such as buildings, bridges, towers, and industrial facilities
- Conduct inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations using specialized tools and techniques
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism. You must also have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) as you will be working closely with team members from diverse backgrounds. Physical fitness is crucial as the job requires working at heights for extended periods of time.
