Part-time Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Research and incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects
- Prepare presentations, including 3D renderings, to communicate design concepts to clients
- Assist in selecting materials and finishes for projects
- Ensure all designs meet safety codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:
- Previous experience as an Architectural Designer or intern in an architectural firm
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Pakistan

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
