Senior Caregiver for Canadian Seniors in Dubai


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Caregiver to provide care for Canadian seniors living in Dubai. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. As the primary caregiver, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance with personal care, medication management, and household tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our senior clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a caregiver, preferably working with elderly individuals. You must also have a valid visa to work in Dubai and must be able to communicate effectively in English. We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Canadians.

As a Senior Caregiver, you must possess exceptional patience, empathy, and understanding towards the needs of elderly individuals. You must also have strong time-management skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedule
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and dishes
- Assist with physical therapy exercises as prescribed by medical professionals
- Accompany seniors on outings or appointments if needed
- Monitor health status and report any changes to the family or medical team

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably working with seniors
- Valid visa to work in Dubai
- Fluent in English
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards the needs of elderly individuals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is an asset
