Office Manager
We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative duties of our office in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills and the ability to work without prior experience. This role offers a salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, organizing, and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Maintain office filing system and ensure all documents are up-to-date
- Monitor and process invoices and expenses for the office budget
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Onboard new employees by providing them with necessary information and training materials
- Plan company events or activities as needed
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred with a valid visa to work in Lithuania
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience as an office manager or administrative assistant is a plus but not necessary
