Office Manager (Part-Time) - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and sorting mail
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for the team
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Ensure that the office is clean and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Lithuanian is preferred but not required
Working Hours & Compensation:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
