Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project management in our Faisalabad office. This includes planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, taking into account available resources
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address any issues, and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans
- Prepare reports on project progress for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
