Administrator (Muharraq, Bahrain)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including maintaining filing systems, managing schedules and appointments, and coordinating with other departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings and events
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other parties on behalf of the organization
- Oversee inventory management and order office supplies as needed
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
