We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Line Worker to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment on the production line, ensuring quality control of products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line according to set standards and procedures
- Monitor production process and ensure quality control of products
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production supervisor in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Factory Line Worker or in a similar role
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Valid work visa for Kenya (visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals)
