Part-Time Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. This position is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture while pursuing their studies.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Create detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create accurate and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback or project changes
- Work within project timelines to meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
