IT Manager



Our growing IT company in Remish is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and data security. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our business goals and ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives in alignment with company objectives
- Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Oversee network systems to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency
- Ensure data security by implementing proper protocols and backup systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements within the company
- Develop and manage department budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and requirements
- Provide technical support to staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, data security protocols, and budget management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish (accommodation provided)
