Indian Executive Chef in Sofia
Our five-star hotel in Sofia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control. You must have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to create authentic and delicious dishes while also meeting the high standards of our hotel. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to proper food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to create unique dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
