Mason Supervisor



As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. This role is suitable for men with at least 2 years of experience as a Mason and who hold their own visa in St-Petersburg.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of Masons and ensuring that all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes. You will also be expected to communicate with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.

In this role, you should have a strong understanding of masonry techniques and possess excellent leadership skills. Your role will also involve training and mentoring new Masons, so patience and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mason
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, architects, and other construction professionals
- Own visa in St-Petersburg (Indian nationality preferred)
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Physical strength and stamina

Salary:
Compensation for this position is 1100$ per month.
