Plasterer

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishing materials to interior and exterior walls and ceilings of buildings. You should have excellent knowledge of different types of plaster and be able to prepare surfaces for plastering. Previous experience working as a Plasterer is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Apply plaster or other finishes to interior and exterior walls
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific formulas
- Use hand tools or machines to smooth out surfaces
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the plaster
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of different types of plaster
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work at heights
- Willingness to learn new techniques
