Teamlead for Kenyan Contract Job in Sheduva
We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Kenyan employees in a contract job setting. Your main goal will be to ensure the success of the team by providing guidance, support, and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Kenyan employees in a fast-paced contract job environment
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor their progress
- Ensure that all team members are meeting their targets and deadlines
- Provide training and coaching to team members as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues promptly
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the team
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and project completion
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes and implement solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Experience working with Kenyan employees is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Salary:
1300$ per month
Location:
Sheduva, Lithuania (Relocation not required)
