Architectural Designer (Part-Time) - Washington, D.C.



We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity for growth within our company.

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for various construction projects. This includes conducting research, creating drawings and 3D models, and working with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in architectural design preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals
- Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions to inform design decisions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts
- Assist with project management tasks as needed

This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, as well as the opportunity for growth within our company. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for qualified candidates from Pakistan.
