As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information about our products/services through chat, email or social media platforms
- Assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform
- Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and converting leads into customers
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and provide feedback on customer needs

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
