We are in need of a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team in Khanpur. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic assistance and guidance to students of various ages and levels. Your primary goal will be to help students improve their understanding of different subjects and excel academically. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on the individual needs of each student
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions, both in person and online
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses, track progress, and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and make learning fun and effective
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for students

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tutor or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the subject(s) you will be tutoring in
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Patience, adaptability, and empathy towards students
- Good organizational skills with the ability to create lesson plans and track progress
