Data Mining Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for uncovering meaningful insights from complex data.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends within the data
- Develop models and algorithms to analyze the data and make predictions
- Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy of results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong understanding of data mining techniques such as clustering, regression, decision trees, etc.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with SQL databases and querying large datasets
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Salary: 900$ per month (contract job)
Location: Porto (own visa jobs)
