Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Manama. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must possess strong culinary skills, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative and appealing to customers
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure timely delivery of meals to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for employment in Manama
- Graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Salary: 1700$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Manama (Preference for Bahraini nationals or those with valid work permits)
