IT Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Utena. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining technology systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing necessary measures such as firewalls and data encryption
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and implementing technology strategies
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and system troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external parties

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Utena. While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, we prefer candidates who have their own visa to work in Lithuania.
