Factory Machine Operator



We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery and ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to safety protocols and company standards
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality production and identify any potential issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with machines
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow production schedule and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Keep track of materials used in production and report any shortages or defects
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a factory setting preferred
- Familiarity with various types of factory machinery such as extruders, cutting machines, or injection molding machines
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eldoret, Kenya

Preference will be given to Indian candidates, however all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with the option for part-time work available.
