Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Our growing company in Braga is in need of an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and provide accommodation for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and upgrade software and hardware as needed
- Monitor system performance and maintain security protocols
- Document all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
