Civil Engineer - Construction Site Supervisor

We are a leading construction company based in Beer-Sheva, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in civil engineering and previous experience as a site supervisor. This position is open to all nationalities, however Indian candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Conduct regular inspections of work progress to identify any potential issues or delays and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, changes in design or plans, and any other relevant information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering with at least 2 years in a site supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (candidate must be willing to relocate if not already located in the city)
