Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects
- Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to address any issues or concerns during the construction process

Requirements:
- Indian national living in Vilnius or willing to relocate
- No previous experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Fluent English language skills not required but considered an asset
