Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This is a part-time position that is open to Indian nationals with their own visa and without the need for English proficiency or prior experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager in creating project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety standards are being followed
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients
- Communicate project updates with stakeholders and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of project documents, such as permits, contracts, and change orders
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or delays that may occur during construction

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid visa for working in Vilnius (must provide proof)
- Ability to work part-time without accommodation provided
- Proficiency in English is not required but considered a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on experience)
