Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Bungoma, Kenya

We are looking for a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Bungoma, Kenya. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues with prompt resolution
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk
- Keep up-to-date on local events, restaurants, and entertainment options to provide recommendations to guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of local area attractions and restaurants preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
$1500 per month

Preference:
