Junior Concierge in Faisalabad

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Junior Concierge to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Junior Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling inquiries and requests, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Communicate effectively with various departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Faisalabad (accommodation not provided)
