Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Faisalabad

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay. You will assist guests with their needs and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Arrange transportation, tours, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating to management if necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in other languages is an asset
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests

Salary: $1700 per month
