Team Lead - Project Management (Ashdod, Israel)


Our project management team is seeking a driven and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic and diverse team in Ashdod, Israel. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress against established KPIs and adjust plans as needed
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement
- Mentor junior team members and assist with their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (PMP certification is an asset)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum experience is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals
